This award recognizes distinguished achievements in the profession recognizes and honors individuals whose work has attained preeminence in lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender services and programs in higher education.

LGBTQ Scholarships and Awards

With five years of experience in the non-profit sector, Kristal has worked closely with superintendents across the east coast, supported first-generation high school students in their journey to and through college, and helped Spanish-speaking families and young girls in the greater Boston area access vital resources and mentorship.
